Promise
Laxmi started in 2016 with a mission to improve the quality of life for people living with diabetes and to build unique, life changing, high quality products to enable better management and treatment of an individual’s health.
OUR VISION
We envision a future where wearable technology allows people to live better, more fulfilled lives.
OUR FIRST MISSION
To develop hardware and software to detect, prevent, manage, and treat diabetes with real-time and exceptionally accurate measurements.
Possibilities
Diabetes is on the rise globally. Currently, 37 million people have diabetes in the US alone, and at least 96 million more have prediabetes. And that’s only one segment of a population with a growing need for disease management and treatment that the medical wearables market promises to address.
We’re committed to making that promise a reality. Each and every one of us is passionate about improving lives – for our families, for our friends, and for the millions of people whose lives will benefit from the work we’re doing.
People
We are a tightly-knit and devoted group of engineers and scientists working to deliver exceptional products to market. Our team consists of 30 people, with 50+ years direct experience in diabetes, and 100+ years in medical devices.
